Topic: Aligners do work. The importance of the specialist.

There is no doubt that we are leaving at the age of overpopulation and high competition of our specialty. More over artificial intelligence and digitization plays a significant part in our everyday clinical practice.
This drove to the misleading concept that new technology can define treatment diagnosis and that we can have device driven orthodontics.
Aligners been a part of most of the orthodontic offices, can produce more than acceptable results, given that there is a deep knowledge of growth, biomechanical principles and the envelope of movements.
In this presentation clinically treated cases with Invisalign (part of them will be hybrid ones) will be presented, where the 2 main keys, correct diagnosis and proper device usage were combined.
I disclosed any financial difference with Align Technology, though it represents the 3rd key of successful treating, due to proper support and communication, needed through every step of the treatment.
